How to avoid being hunched over as you age!

 

Do you feel like you have more aches and pains this winter?   Is your neck sore? Maybe your back gets stiff?   Do you simply want better mobility?  Maybe you want to be in the minority of people that are not hunched over when you are older?  Here is my 5 minute morning routine that helps me to avoid pain and stay tall as I age.
